      Scoop a pea-sized amount out of the jar with your finger, pop it into the palm of your hand and let it sit there for a few seconds until soft. Lightly rub it all over your body until it soaks into your skin. A little goes a long way! Avoid contact with eyes, if this occurs, rinse with clean water!
